Terms of Service & Cancelation Policy
1. Service Agreement Elite K9 Cleanup provides residential dog waste removal on a recurring subscription basis. By engaging our services, you authorize Elite K9 Cleanup to access your property on scheduled service days.
2. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel their recurring service at any time without penalty. To ensure you are not billed for the upcoming cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled service day. You can cancel by contacting us at sales@elitek9cleanup.com or calling (385) 351-5822.
3. Refund Policy Due to the labor-intensive nature of our service, we do not offer refunds for services already rendered. If you are unsatisfied with a cleanup, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-service your yard at no additional cost. Refunds for prepaid, unused services (due to cancellation) will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Weather/Access Policy If our technicians cannot access your yard due to locked gates, aggressive dogs, or severe weather (lightning/heavy snow), service will be postponed to the next scheduled visit. Regular billing applies as the waste volume will be doubled on the next visit.
5. SMS messaging. By opting in to SMS messaging, you agree to receive service-related texts from Elite K9 Cleanup. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
